Responsibilities

• Design and develop structural systems and frameworks from concept to detailed documentation.
• Provide structural analyses, models and material estimates as baselines for architectural and AI-driven development.

• Collaborate across teams to integrate structural, architectural and technological components seamlessly.
• Optimise designs through simulations, material assessments and iterative evaluations for efficiency and safety.
• Demonstrated expertise in structural design and detailing for residential and mixed-use developments.
• Proficient in structural modelling and analysis software such as STAAD Pro, ETABS and Revit Structure.
• Strong grasp of local building codes, site conditions and compliance standards.
• Skilled in material estimation, reinforcement detailing and construction feasibility assessments.
