Job summary

• Monitor project progress against planned timelines and targets.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment and site requirements.
• Maintain project documents, BOQ, work orders and site records.
• Coordinate RFI, WCC, billing and project completion activities.
• Follow up with site engineers, contractors, vendors and client teams.
• Track site-wise progress and identify delays or pending activities.
• Prepare regular project status reports using MS Excel.
• Ensure proper communication between office and site teams.
• Support the Project Manager in planning, execution and timely completion of projects.
