Job summary

Job Description

Job Title: Senior Civil Execution Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and execute civil construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Manage day-to-day site execution activities and ensure work is completed within the planned timeline.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
• Review and interpret civil/structural drawings, BOQs, specifications, and method statements.
• Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved quality standards and project requirements.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and productivity at the site.
• Conduct inspections and coordinate with the QA/QC team for quality compliance.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and company HSE standards.
• Identify site issues, resolve technical constraints, and coordinate with the design/engineering team where required.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and provide updates to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with planning and commercial teams for progress tracking, measurements, and billing.
• Ensure proper documentation of site activities, inspections, approvals, and as-built information.
• Manage multiple work fronts and ensure timely handover of completed areas.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Civil Execution.
• Strong experience in building/construction/project execution activities.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
• Strong site management and subcontractor coordination skills.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage site activities and deliver projects within schedule, cost, quality, and safety requirements.
