The position requires a Civil Degree or Diploma with 5–10 years in Real Estate/Hotel/Construction, and involves site supervision, documentation, and KPI-driven performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain electromechanical / utilities services at the site with technician support.
• Oversee repairs and maintenance of civil infrastructure including parking, sidewalks, curbs, and paving.
• Supervise stormwater management systems, basins, detention ponds, and drainage.
• Coordinate utility repairs and upgrades (water, sewer, storm drainage, site electrical).
• Address pavement failures, settlement issues, and surface deterioration.
• Manage emergency repairs affecting building operations.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs for site civil systems.
• Conduct site inspections to identify risks/defects.
• Review subordinate work and provide guidance as needed.
• Ensure documentation and tracking of assets under defect liability and AMC/CAMC.
• Maintain service level agreements and KPI scores; renew agreements and manage invoices.
• Oversee vendor quotations and invoices; ensure proper signoffs and cost sheets.
• Schedule monthly vendor meetings and drive corrective actions.
• Escalate major complaints to senior management and coordinate with technical staff.
• Ensure safe work permits and practices are followed.
• Assist in risk assessments and root-cause analysis for system failures.
• Create corrective, preventive and emergency response action plans.
• Maintain engineering reports like DMR and MMR; coordinate closures with RO/HO/SME.

Position: Civil Engineer, Gurgaon Business: Property and Asset Management, Gurgaon

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain electromechanical / utilities services at the site with the help of technician team.
• Manage repairs and maintenance of site civil infrastructure including parking lots, sidewalks, curbs, and paving
• Oversee stormwater management systems, catch basins, detention ponds, and drainage infrastructure
• Coordinate utility repairs and upgrades (water, sewer, storm drainage, site electrical)
• Address pavement failures, settlement issues, and surface deterioration
• Manage emergency repairs for infrastructure failures impacting building operations
• Develop preventive maintenance programs for site civil systems
• Conduct inspections at site regularly to check for risk / defects areas.
• Review work of subordinate staff and provide guidance when needed.
• Ensuring the documentation, checking and follow up of the assets under defect liability period and AMC/CAMC in a tracker.
• Maintaining service level agreements and keeping performance indicator scores above excellence.
• Ensuring timely renewal of the agreement, submission of invoices and follow-ups for the payments.
• Overseeing all vendor quotations and invoices.
• Ensure proper signoffs for attendance and all the required details for cost sheet submission.
• Schedule monthly vendor meeting to discuss on daily matters & ensure corrective actions are taken for the same.
• Attend major complaints & elevate to senior & co-ordinate with technical staff if necessary.
• Ensure work permits are in place and safe working practices /procedures are followed.
• Assist the Property Manager/ Assistant Property Manager/ Technical Manager in conducting risk assessment of the building operations and work towards mitigation of highlighted inherent risks and in conducting root cause analysis in case of system failure and breakdowns.
• Create corrective, preventive and emergency response action plans.
• Maintain engineering and other reports like DMR and MMR.
• Work closely with the regional RO / HO / SME/ Training teams and ensure closures of all required reports.
• Facilitate the services under the Slogan "No Safety No Work".

Skills

Being Analytical and Meticulous. Your role will involve coordination with various teams. You will be paying attention to detail and have excellent problem-solving skills. You will be using logic to trouble shoot problems; and assign and monitor maintenance projects. You should have a good knowledge of the working procedures.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Civil OR any equivalent, with min 5-10 years of work experience in Real Estate/ Hotel or Construction Industry.
• For residential sites candidates with residential experience will be preferred.
