InOpTra Digital in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Civil Engineer with 5–15 years of industry experience to join our design team. You will lead civil design efforts and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities include creating 2D/3D CAD drawings, earthwork quantities, roadways and drainage design, and preparing cost estimates and reports in line with client RFPs. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater modeling is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
• 5 to 15 years of experience in civil engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Civil Engineering design software.
• Experience in calculating earthwork quantities and establishing plan/profiles for roadways and pipelines.
• Lead design efforts, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to project planning and resource allocation.
• Compile and analyze site data including topography, utilities, soil types, and regulations to assess cost, constructability, and scheduling.
• Develop detailed design drawings and specifications using CAD software (2D/3D models).
• Prepare site improvement plans, drainage reports, and cost estimates for land development.
• Review civil engineering codes and standards for compliance and prepare documentation for client and regulatory review.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D , Civil Engineering Design software, stormwater modeling software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Adobe/Bluebeam).
• Experience in calculating earthwork quantities , establishing plan and profiles for roadways and pipelines , and determining quantities for pavement, pipe, drainage structures, erosion control, rock, open channels, and fencing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead design efforts, coordinate with cross-functional teams , and contribute to project planning and resource allocation.
• Compile and analyze site data including geographic location, topography, access, utilities, soil types, subsurface conditions, environmental status, drainage, zoning, and regulations to assess cost, constructability, and scheduling.
• Develop detailed design drawings and specifications using CAD software , including 2D and 3D models of infrastructure components.
• Prepare site improvement plans, specifications, drainage reports, and cost estimates for land development, ensuring compliance with customer RFPs and coordination with project managers.
• Review civil engineering codes and standards for compliance and prepare documentation for client and regulatory review.

Tool Skills

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
