• Strong understanding of project execution, planning, estimation, management, scheduling, documentation, rate analysis, correspondence, vendor finalization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, MOMs, and estimate quantities for civil works.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Coordinate with various government offices for project relevant required documents.
• Develop project schedules and monitor progress against them.
• Conduct site visits to inspect construction activities and identify potential issues.
• Create detailed project documentation including reports on status updates.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, MOMs, and estimate quantities for civil works.

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Total Station, Auto Level, and Quality Control.

• Preparation of Clint Bill, Preparation & Verification of Vendor Bill.

• Preparation of vendor agreement.

• Coordinate with various government offices for project relevant required document.

• Develop project schedules and monitor progress against them.
  
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
  
• Conduct site visits to inspect construction activities and identify potential issues.
