Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Manage civil construction projects from initial planning to completion while adhering to timelines and financial constraints.
• Site Supervision: Direct day-to-day site engineering operations, overseeing laborers, third-party contractors, and vendors.
• Planning & Scheduling: Formulate detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; track ongoing progress against milestones.
• Quality & Safety Assurance: Enforce compliance with local safety regulations, quality control standards, and internal guidelines.
• Inspection & Issue Resolution: Perform regular site inspections to track structural progress, spot potential bottlenecks early, and execute timely corrective measures.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering (UG).
• Experience: 3 to 8 years in civil site execution and project management (experience in industrial/manufacturing sectors is a plus).
