Job summary

Nirala Infratech in Uttar Pradesh is seeking a Construction Project Execution professional to drive site activities in line with the management approved schedule. You will coordinate day-to-day construction work, monitor batching plant operations, and ensure work is carried out within the allocated budget.

You will direct labour deployment, oversee trade contractors performance, and liaise with consultants, architects, and PMCs to clarify directions and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Project Execution as per management approved schedule.
• Project Execution within the allocated budget.
• Directing and monitoring the labour deployment.
• Monitor the performance of all trade contractors.
• Co-ordinate day to day construction activity and coordination with concrete batching plant.
• Implement work instructions as per Quality processes.
• Dealing with consultants/Architects for clarification & direction.
• Holding regular meeting with contractors, architects, project management consultants & others to monitor & co-ordinate all phases of construction.
• Training & Development of technical staff and non-technical execution staff.
• Timely Mobilization of PRW's and departmental labour.
