Job summary

Pronto is building a tech-enabled platform to bring reliability, consistency, and structure to the domestic help ecosystem. We are looking for a City Operations Manager to own city-level operations, workforce performance, and service delivery across hubs and zones.

You will drive fulfillment, staffing availability, productivity, attendance, and retention while leading field teams and ensuring strong operational execution.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years in City Operations, Business Operations, Service Operations, or Workforce Management.
• Experience managing large field/workforce teams.
• Strong understanding of workforce planning, productivity, fulfillment, and cost efficiency.
• Experience in home services, staffing, facility management, logistics, hyperlocal, or last-mile operations preferred.

Responsibilities
