About the Role:

As an AI Video Creator / Editor at IIDE’s Andheri (West) office, you will play a key role in creating engaging, AI-powered video content for Reels, advertisements, campaigns, and social media.

This role involves transforming creative concepts into compelling visual stories using AI-generated images, video, audio, animation, and effects, while combining these assets with live-action footage and traditional editing techniques. You will collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams, experiment with emerging AI tools and workflows, and continuously improve content formats and creative output.

What You’ll Do:

• AI-Powered Content Creation:
  • Create AI-powered videos for Reels, advertisements, campaigns, and social media content.
    
  • Transform creative concepts into visuals using AI-generated images, videos, audio, animation, and effects.
    
  • Develop engaging visual stories aligned with campaign and content objectives.
    
• Video Editing & Production:
  • Combine AI-generated assets with live-action footage and traditional video editing.
    
  • Edit, refine, and package AI-generated content into polished final videos.
    
  • Use tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Canva to produce high-quality creative assets.
    
• Experiment with new AI tools, workflows, techniques, and content formats.
  
• Work with tools such as Google Flow, Higgsfield, ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI video/image-generation platforms.
  
• Continuously test new approaches to improve creative quality, efficiency, and output.
  
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop attention-grabbing concepts.
  
• Translate ideas and briefs into engaging short-form visual content.
  
• Apply an understanding of hooks, pacing, storytelling, and social media formats to content development.
  
• Additional Duties:
  • Stay updated on emerging AI creative tools and trends relevant to video and content production.
    
  • Support creative initiatives and campaigns as required.
    
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by management, aligned with the broad scope of the position.
    

Who You Are:

• Must-Have:
  • 1–2 years of experience in video editing, content creation, motion design, or a similar role.
    
  • Strong proficiency in AI tools such as Google Flow, Higgsfield, ChatGPT, Claude, and similar platforms.
    
  • Strong video editing skills using Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or similar software.

  • Strong creative instincts with the ability to transform ideas into compelling visual stories.
    
  • Good understanding of short-form content, hooks, pacing, and social media formats.
    
  • Comfortable experimenting with new tools, learning quickly, and working with ambiguity.
    
• Should Have:
  • Experience combining AI-generated assets with live-action footage and traditional editing workflows.
    
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with creative and marketing teams.
