Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of camera operations and cinematography principles.
• Experience with DSLR, Mirrorless, or Cinema cameras.
• Good understanding of lighting techniques and audio recording.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Capture high quality footage for marketing campaigns and events.

expertise in planning, filming, lighting, and supporting post production to create engaging videos

for social media, YouTube, events, and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production

Plan and execute indoor and outdoor video shoots.

Capture high quality footage for marketing campaigns, workshops, interviews,

testimonials, and promotional videos.

Set up cameras, lighting, microphones, and other production equipment.

Ensure proper framing, composition, focus, exposure, and camera movement during

shoots.

Coordinate with presenters, marketing team members, and other stakeholders during

production.

Cinematography

Select appropriate camera angles, lenses, and shot compositions.

Create visually appealing content using cinematic techniques.

Maintain consistency in video quality and brand aesthetics.

Recommend creative concepts, shot ideas, and visual storytelling techniques.

Post Production Support

Prepare rough cuts for recorded videos.

Edit long form and short form videos based on project requirements.

Synchronize audio and video when required.

Perform basic color correction and audio adjustments.

Organize and archive raw footage for future use.

Photography

Capture high quality event photographs.

Edit and enhance event photos for marketing and promotional use.

Support image retouching and basic post production.

Equipment Management

Maintain cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, microphones, gimbals, tripods, and

accessories.

Ensure equipment is properly stored, handled, and ready before every shoot.

Report equipment maintenance or replacement requirements.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of camera operations and cinematography principles.

Experience with DSLR, Mirrorless, or Cinema cameras.

Good understanding of lighting techniques and audio recording.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.

Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop is preferred.
