Job summary

YO AI Labs in India seeks experienced mental health professionals specializing in child and youth abuse to contribute remotely to a project that improves AI systems' understanding of trauma-informed care and youth mental health support.

You will apply clinical expertise to review, evaluate, and improve AI-generated guidance on abuse and trauma, while collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure content reflects safety, ethics, and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• MD, PhD in Psychology, or PhD in Social Work with credentials.
• Extensive clinical experience working with children or youth affected by abuse.
• Strong expertise in trauma-informed care and interventions for young survivors.
• Active professional experience supporting individuals affected by abuse.
• Strong understanding of clinical assessment, ethical decision-making, privacy, and confidentiality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

You'll apply your clinical expertise to review, evaluate, and improve AI-generated content related to abuse, trauma, and youth mental health. No prior AI experience is required.
