Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Child & Youth Abuse Trauma Specialist to contribute to a customer project aimed at improving AI systems' understanding of trauma-informed care for vulnerable youth. This is a remote contractor role.

You will review and refine AI-generated mental health guidance, assess clinical and ethical aspects, and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure content safety, privacy, and sensitivity.

Qualifications

• MD/PhD in Psychology or PhD in Social Work; credentials required.
• Extensive clinical experience with children/youth affected by abuse.
• Strong expertise in trauma-informed care and interventions for young survivors.
• Active professional experience supporting individuals affected by abuse.
• Strong understanding of clinical assessment, ethical decision-making, privacy, and confidentiality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
