Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a remote Child & Youth Abuse Trauma Specialist contractor. You will review AI-generated mental health content related to abuse, trauma, and youth wellbeing, applying clinical and ethical perspectives without requiring AI experience.

Responsibilities include analyzing case-based scenarios, identifying gaps, and collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure safe, accurate guidance reflecting trauma-informed care principles.

Qualifications

• MD/PhD in Psychology or PhD in Social Work with completed credentials.
• Extensive clinical experience working with children or youth affected by abuse.
• Strong expertise in trauma-informed care and interventions for young survivors.
• Active professional experience supporting individuals affected by abuse.
• Strong understanding of clinical assessment, ethical decision-making, privacy, and confidentiality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

We are seeking experienced mental health professionals specializing in child and youth abuse to contribute to a customer project focused on improving AI systems' understanding of trauma-informed care and mental health support for vulnerable youth.
