About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Chief of Staff to act as a trusted partner to the leadership team. This role will serve as the central point of coordination across Sales, Delivery, Operations, and Finance, ensuring business priorities are executed effectively, performance is tracked rigorously, and leadership has the insights needed to make informed decisions.

The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, analytical capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and operational excellence to drive organizational alignment and execution.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
  • Partner with senior leadership to manage and drive key business priorities.
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Ensure proactive planning and execution of initiatives across the organization.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks and drive timely resolution.
Business Performance Management
  • Track business performance against strategic and operational objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets at individual, portfolio, and overall business levels.
  • Establish and manage key business metrics, KPIs, and scorecards.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and visibility into business performance.
Leadership Reporting & Governance
  • Prepare executive dashboards, business reviews, and management reports.
  • Present insights, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Drive governance mechanisms to monitor progress against commitments and action items.
  • Participate in leadership meetings and ensure follow-through on critical initiatives.
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Act as a bridge between Sales, Delivery, Operations, and Finance teams.
  • Coordinate with Delivery leaders to develop and monitor 30/60/90-day execution plans.
  • Track progress against weekly and monthly objectives and milestones.
  • Ensure organizational alignment on critical business priorities.
Data, MIS & Analytics
  • Own business reporting, MIS, and performance dashboards.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability across business systems.
  • Generate actionable insights through analysis of business and operational data.
  • Drive data-based decision-making across functions.
CRM & Sales Operations
  • Maintain oversight of deal pipeline health and CRM data quality.
  • Ensure all sales opportunities and deal information are accurately updated in HubSpot.
  • Build and maintain executive-level dashboards and reports within HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to improve pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy.
Financial & Operational Tracking
  • Track consultant and contractor payments and ensure timely reporting.
  • Support financial reviews and operational planning activities.
  • Monitor business investments, resource utilization, and operational efficiencies.
Digital Transformation & AI Enablement
  • Leverage AI tools, automation, and advanced analytics to improve business productivity.
  • Promote the use of ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and other AI tools across workflows.
  • Drive continuous improvement in reporting, analysis, and operational processes.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in Business Operations, Program Management, Strategy, Consulting, Sales Operations, or a Chief of Staff role.
  • Experience working directly with senior executives and leadership teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Strong reporting, MIS, dashboarding, and KPI management expertise.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and automation platforms.
  • Excellent communication, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project management and executive capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
