Job summary

GrabOn in Hyderabad seeks a visionary Head of Product Engineering to lead a design-centric engineering team focused on delivering innovative products from concept to market.

You will own the product roadmap, guide data-driven decisions, and collaborate with Marketing and Growth to roll out new features, while defining success metrics and driving cross-functional execution across engineering and other teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
• Demonstrated product-market-fit experience.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Head of Product Engineering will lead a team of technical staff responsible for the development, testing, packaging, and delivery of our products to the market. You will also be responsible for bringing new products, features, and/or services to market, working closely with our Marketing team and the Growth team for leading customer research. This is a core role at the heart of all operations, from product development to marketing to sales.

Responsibilities:

• Create, communicate, and execute the product roadmap and strategy for assigned initiatives.
• Apply data-driven approaches to guide your decisions and continually improve the product. Continue to lead this space with technology innovation, we cannot disappoint our followers
• Own product backlogs and prioritize product improvements by making smart, decisive tradeoffs using customer insights and data.
• Drive execution both directly and cross-functionally of product roadmap.
• Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to successfully rollout our new features to users.
• Define and measure success metrics to determine feature effectiveness.

Requirements:

• BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
• Proven and visible product veteran, with experience determining product-market fit and delivering products to market.
• Leadership experience with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A highly analytical approach, used in a wide range of responsibilities, from customer development; to product adoption; to sales processes.
• Ability to lead and communicate cross-functionally with engineering and other departments.
