Job summary

CareerZgraph seeks a Chief Platform Architect - BIM Automation & AI to lead a ~20-person R&D team in delivering AI-enabled BIM workflows and automation across BIM domains.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in BIM/VDC, 5+ years in AI leadership, hands-on experience with Revit, and strong executive communication for client-facing solutioning. Immediate or early joiner preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in BIM/VDC/AEC tech delivery.
• Minimum 5+ years in AI/Automation leadership.
• Minimum 5+ years leading automation, AI-enabled workflows, scripting, BIM APIs, or tech transformation in AEC.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to an existing ~20 member R&D team.
• Lead BIM/AI platform initiatives and technology transformation.
• Engage with architecture, structure, MEP, and construction coordination teams.

Experience

• 10+ years overall experience in BIM / VDC / AEC technology delivery
• Minimum 5+ years in AI / Automation leadership role
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on leadership in automation, AI-enabled workflows, scripting, BIM APIs, or technology transformation in AEC

Leadership Scope

• Will lead and provide strategic direction to an existing team of approximately 20 R&D members

Core BIM Domain

• Strong hands-on background in Revit and BIM production workflows
• Must have worked closely with architecture, structure, MEP, or construction coordination teams

Communication

• Strong executive communication skills
• Stakeholder management expertise
• Presentation and client-facing solutioning abilities

Educational Background

• B.E. / B.Tech, M.Tech, Architecture, or equivalent AEC/BIM qualification
• Certifications in BIM, Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, ISO 19650, or AI/Automation disciplines will be an advantage.
