Job summary

Techture seeks an Automation Lead to drive BIM automation across Architecture, Structure and MEPF. You should have 6–8 years of hands-on Revit and Dynamo experience, with Python and Revit API proficiency; lead the design, development, testing and deployment of automation tools and plugins.

You will mentor automation specialists, define standards and SOPs, track productivity and ROI, and collaborate with BIM Managers and technical teams to shape Techture's BIM automation roadmap.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in BIM, Revit, Dynamo, or AEC automation.
• Hands-on Revit and Dynamo expertise required.
• Strong knowledge of Python and Revit API.
• Experience delivering productivity improvements through automation.

Are you an experienced BIM Automation professional with strong expertise in Revit, Dynamo, and automation technologies? We are looking for an Automation Lead to drive automation initiatives, improve BIM productivity, and build scalable solutions across Architecture, Structure & MEPF disciplines.

Experience: 6–8 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the BIM Automation function and drive automation initiatives across Architecture, Structure & MEPF
• Identify complex, repetitive, and time-consuming workflows and develop efficient automation solutions
• Lead the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Dynamo scripts, Revit plugins, and automation tools
• Establish automation standards, workflows, SOPs, and best practices across projects
• Collaborate with BIM Managers, Coordinators, Project Leads, and technical teams to identify high-impact automation opportunities
• Provide technical guidance and solutions for complex Revit/Dynamo automation requirements
• Lead automation implementation across multiple projects and monitor adoption and productivity impact
• Conduct technical reviews, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing programs for BIM teams
• Mentor and guide automation specialists and support the development of the automation team
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies including AI tools, Revit API, Python, plugins, and other AEC technology solutions
• Track automation performance, productivity improvements, and ROI, and present insights to leadership
• Continuously research and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance BIM workflows

What You Bring

• 6–8 years of experience in BIM, Revit, Dynamo, or AEC Automation
• Strong hands-on expertise in Revit & Dynamo
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows across Architecture, Structure & MEPF
• Proven experience leading automation initiatives and delivering productivity improvements
• Strong knowledge of Python / Revit API / C# or other programming technologies
• Experience developing and implementing Revit plugins, scripts, and automation tools
• Ability to translate business/project requirements into practical technical solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
