Job summary

WowJobs is conducting a confidential executive search for a leading specialty chemicals company. The role oversees operations across multiple manufacturing sites, with responsibility for Projects, Quality, EHS and Supply Chain, and focuses on scaling up capabilities and translating growth plans into results.

You will drive greenfield commissioning, technology transfer and commercial ramp-up, while strengthening process safety, profitability and organizational capability across Gujarat.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech. Chemical Engineering or M.Sc. Chemistry.
• Extensive leadership experience in specialty/fine chemicals.
• Experience as COO/Chief Manufacturing Officer/President – Operations or Cluster Manufacturing Head.
• Proven multi-site leadership across 2–3 manufacturing locations.
• Strong expertise in batch processing through DCS, CAPEX, plant commissioning and operational transformation.

Responsibilities
