Qualifications

• 1218 years of experience.
• Early career experience with McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or Kearney.
• Proven leadership experience scaling operations in a leading consumer technology, marketplace, mobility, quick commerce, food delivery, travel-tech, or other tech-enabled business.
• Solid track record of solving complex operational problems through technology, automation, and AI.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, execution capability, and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for building customer-centric organizations and driving operational excellence at scale.

Responsibilities

The Role
