Job summary

Logikality in Bengaluru is seeking a strong operator to drive priorities across product, customers, hiring and business execution without waiting for direction on every step. You will own the operating cadence, drive cross-functional initiatives and deliver investor updates, board materials and internal reviews.

What you will own

• Drive customer-facing initiatives, pilots and executive follow-ups end to end.
• Deliver investor updates, board materials and internal business reviews.
• Lead cross-functional projects that do not yet have an owner.
• Coordinate hiring across critical roles with the CEO and hiring managers.
• Improve internal execution through better planning, tracking and decision hygiene.

Expected outcomes in the first 90 days

• Establish a clear operating cadence with priorities, owners and review checkpoints.
• Drive two cross-functional initiatives to a measurable outcome.
• Deliver a monthly business review and investor update on time.
• Improve hiring throughput on one critical open role.

Experience and capabilities required

• Strong operator with a track record of driving execution across multiple functions.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, direct communication and high ownership.
• Sound business judgment and ability to translate context into action.

Helpful additional experience

• Prior chief of staff, consulting, banking or founding team experience.
• Exposure to B2B software, financial services or mortgage.
• Experience preparing investor and board materials.
