Job summary

Tata AIG General Insurance Company is seeking an experienced professional to manage Facultative Reinsurance placements for Marine risks, including Marine Cargo, Port Package, Shipbuilder's Risk, and Onshore/Offshore exposures.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of Marine insurance and reinsurance, plus excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills to drive optimal placement outcomes and ensure compliant policy bookings.

Qualifications

• 5-9 years of experience in the Insurance industry.
• 4-5 years of Marine Underwriting experience.
• 4-5 years of Facultative Reinsurance placement experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of Marine insurance and reinsurance.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
