Job Description

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end reinsurance operations, ensuring timely and accurate achievement of KPIs.
• Analyze and interpret treaty reinsurance contracts across multiple lines of business to assess risk exposure and support daily activities across value chain.
• Collaborate with brokers, reinsurers, and underwriting managers to support daily operations and strategic initiatives.
• Bring continuous improvement through process excellence initiatives. Recommend and implement automation and AI-driven solutions to streamline underwriting workflows.

Profile Description

• Strong leadership and team management experience (6+ years in a leadership role)
• Deep understanding of P&C reinsurance frameworks and risk modeling. Exceptional communication skills able to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with international clients and stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with confident decision-making and multitasking capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with reinsurance systems/tools.
• 24/7 mindset with a passion for excellence and continuous improvement.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field (Finance, Risk, Insurance, etc.)
