Job summary

Bennett University in Greater Noida seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure leader with 8-10 years in IT Infra, including 5+ years in campus network and data centre operations, and 3+ years leading an infrastructure team.

You will oversee Data Centre operations, network and security, virtualization, servers, storage, DR, and vendor management, ensuring uptime, capacity planning, preventive maintenance, and incident resolution across a 5-10 engineer team.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years total IT Infrastructure experience
• Minimum 5 years: Campus Network, Data Centre and associated IT Infrastructure operations
• Minimum 3 years: Leading the complete IT Infrastructure Team
• Extensive experience with servers, storage, virtualization, network gear, security and surveillance systems
• Strong vendor management and incident management capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the IT Infrastructure team of engineers
• Oversee Data Centre operations including rack, power, environmental monitoring and capacity planning
• Manage DR site, backups, replication and DR drills
• Maintain campus network including core/distribution/access switches, routers and wireless infrastructure
• Ensure security controls, firewalls (Palo Alto), VPNs and vulnerability management
• Coordinate AMC and vendor escalations; supervise CCTV/NVR systems
