Talent Leads HR is seeking a Chartered Accountant with 5+ years in the insurance sector to manage IndAS/IFRS financial preparation and reporting. The role involves regulatory reporting to IRDAI, group IFRS consolidation, and liaison with auditors.

The incumbent will prepare proforma IndAS statements, review ledgers, and ensure accuracy across financial disclosures, with exposure to ERP systems and MIS reporting.

Qualifications

• CA with 5+ years in insurance industry.
• Experience with IndAS/IFRS and IRDAI reporting.
• Experience coordinating audits and financial reviews.

Responsibilities

• Financial reporting as per IRDAI and Indian GAAP (IndAS).
• Group IFRS reporting and consolidation.
• Prepare Proforma IndAS financials for IRDAI."

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting as per IRDAI and AS (Indian GAAP)
• Financial Reporting to Group as per IFRS
• Preparation of Proforma INDAS Financials for IRDAI
• Regulatory Reporting to IRDAI like BAP reporting, Public Disclosures
• Liaising with auditors for statutory and other audit closure
• Review of Financials, Ledger scrutiny
