Job summary

Upman Placements is seeking a Finance professional with expertise in regulatory reporting for General Insurance to drive IND AS 117 implementation and IFRS 17 measurement. You will manage IRDAI reporting, financial controls, and stakeholder communications across the organization.

The role emphasizes process improvement, automation, and advanced Excel usage, with preferred familiarity to CSM, LRC, and LIC systems and 2–10 years of relevant experience in the sector.

Qualifications

• 2–10 years in Finance / Regulatory Reporting (in General Insurance)
• Strong understanding of: IND AS 117 / IFRS 17 measurement principles, IRDAI reporting framework and Insurance financial statements
• Familiarity with CSМ, LRC, LIC
• Solvency and capital reporting
• Advanced Excel: exposure to actuarial/finance systems preferred
