Job summary

UnfilterStory is seeking a senior HR leader to design and execute enterprise-wide HR strategy aligned with rapid growth and culture. You will build and scale HR teams across Talent Acquisition, L&D, Performance Management, and Employee Experience, shaping DEI initiatives and inclusion metrics.

You will partner with the CEO and Board on organizational design, succession planning, and compensation philosophy, while implementing scalable HR tech stacks and analytics.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of enterprise-wide HR strategy aligned with business growth, culture, and operational excellence.
• Build, mentor, and scale high-performing HR teams across Talent Acquisition, L&D, Performance Management, and Employee Experience.
• Define and operationalize DEI initiatives, equity frameworks, and inclusion metrics that drive measurable cultural transformation.
• Partner with the CEO and Board to advise on organizational design, succession planning, compensation philosophy, and executive leadership development.
• Implement scalable HR tech stacks (ATS, HRMS, LMS) and data-driven workforce analytics to optimize decision-making and employee lifecycle management.
• Champion employer branding, internal communications, and change management during critical growth phases and organizational transitions.
