Responsibilities

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Lead and oversee all aspects of financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
• Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances
• Provide accurate and timely financial reports and forecasts to support decision-making

Budgeting and Forecasting

• Manage the annual budgeting process in collaboration with department heads
• Develop and maintain long-term financial forecasts to guide strategic planning
• Ensure budgets align with company goals and operational plans

Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulatory and reporting requirements
• Oversee internal audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting
• Maintain and enforce robust internal controls and financial policies

Financial Strategy and Risk Management

• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with company objectives
• Identify and mitigate financial risks to the business
• Oversee capital structure, cash flow, investment strategies, and debt management

IPO Preparation and Execution

• Lead financial aspects of IPO planning, including due diligence, documentation, compliance, and investor relations
• Collaborate with legal, investment banking, and regulatory advisors to ensure a smooth IPO process

Leadership and Collaboration

• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of performance, integrity, and collaboration
• Partner with other senior executives to drive cross-functional initiatives and strategic decisions
