Job summary

Abhijeet Dies & Tools in Mumbai seeks a seasoned finance leader to drive IPO readiness, financial strategy, and governance, coordinating due diligence, structuring, and regulator liaison.

You will oversee financial planning, budgeting, IFRS/IND-AS reporting, treasury, and governance while partnering with the CEO and Board to propel profitability and growth. The role also emphasizes investor relations and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end IPO preparation process, including due diligence, financial structuring, and liaising with investment bankers, legal advisors, auditors, and regulators.
• Develop the financial strategy for IPO pricing, valuation, and equity/debt mix.
• Establish strong investor relations practices to build trust with analysts, institutional investors, and regulators.
• Oversee SEBI, ROC, and other statutory compliance requirements for IPO listing.
• Develop long-term financial strategies aligned with corporate growth plans.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting with a focus on profitability, cost optimization, and shareholder value creation.
• Provide strategic financial insights for capacity expansion, M&A, or joint ventures.
• Oversee preparation of investor-grade financial statements compliant with IFRS/IND-AS.
• Strengthen internal financial controls, ERP systems, and risk management frameworks.
• Ensure full statutory and tax compliance (GST, Income Tax, Transfer Pricing, etc.).
• Lead treasury, working capital management, and hedging strategies.
• Partner with manufacturing and supply chain leaders to drive cost efficiencies, productivity, and operational profitability.
• Monitor plant-level financial performance and capex utilization.
• Drive automation and digitisation in financial reporting systems.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team capable of supporting growth and IPO-readiness.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, Board, and Audit Committee.
• Represent the organisation in front of investors, regulators, analysts, and bankers.
