Job summary

V7 Humane Human Resources is seeking a Chartered Accountant with 7+ years in Finance & Accounts to lead financial operations, reporting, and compliance. The role requires strong expertise in accounting, taxation, audit, and statutory compliance, with preference for IPO/pre-IPO exposure.

You will collaborate with merchant bankers, statutory auditors, and legal advisors, meeting SEBI/Companies Act/GST/Income Tax standards in a fast-growing corporate environment.

Qualifications

• CA (Chartered Accountant) mandatory.
• 7+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, audit, and financial reporting.
• Experience in managing financial operations and compliance.
• Prior IPO/Pre-IPO experience is highly preferred.
• Experience working with Merchant Bankers, Statutory Auditors, and Legal Advisors.
• Exposure to SEBI, Companies Act, GST, and Income Tax compliance.
• Experience in a corporate or fast-growing organization.
