The ideal candidate holds CA/CPA/CFA or MBA (Finance), with 12+ years in financial leadership and 5+ years as CFO or Head of Finance in agro-trading or international logistics, and a proven record with ERP/CTRMS systems.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA/CFA or MBA (Finance) from premier institute.
• 12+ years in financial leadership, with 5+ years as CFO/head of finance in agro-trading/international trade logistics.
• Deep mastery of trade finance instruments, commodity price/FX hedging, and ERP/CTRMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Structure and optimize high-volume trade lines (LCs, Bank Guarantees, PCFC, Bill Discounting) and maximize multi-currency working capital efficiency.
• Lead FX hedging strategies (forwards, options, swaps) and manage MTM exposure, counterparty risk, and credit insurance.
• Drive capital allocation, long-term financial modeling, debt/equity optimization, and expansion financing.
• Oversee GAAP/IFRS reporting, trade-level profitability MIS, transfer pricing, and GST/customs compliance.
• Monitor bulk inventory valuation, transit stock, processing yields, and supply chain costs (demurrage, freight, port fees).

• Reporting & Compliance: Oversee GAAP/IFRS reporting, trade-level profitability MIS, transfer pricing, and GST/customs compliance.
