The ideal candidate has CA certification, 5–10 years in accounting/finance, and a proven track record in complex transactions such as IPOs or mergers & acquisitions. Strong data analytics and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex financial transactions such as IPOs or mergers & acquisitions.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data-driven insights into actionable recommendations.
