Job summary

Dr.Kamakshi Memorial Hospital is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant (CA) or CMA with deep expertise in financial management, corporate finance, fundraising, and IPO execution.

You will oversee budgeting, cash flow, regulatory compliance, audits, ERP implementation, and drive strategic financial decisions with the management team, while mentoring the finance staff to achieve excellence.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA/CMA with post-qualification experience in financial management and governance.
• Proven track record in fundraising, debt management, and IPO execution.
• Strong knowledge of statutory regulations, GST, income tax, and Companies Act.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the organizations finance function. The ideal candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant with a strong background in financial management, corporate finance, fundraising, IPO execution, financial planning, treasury, and statutory compliance. The CFO will work closely with the management team to drive financial performance, support business growth, and ensure sound financial governance.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead fundraising activities, including debt and equity financing, and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Lead the overall finance and accounts function of the organization.
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow to ensure business sustainability.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and recommend strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Handle debt restructuring, treasury management, and working capital optimization.
• Lead IPO-related activities, including coordination with merchant bankers, auditors, legal advisors, regulatory authorities, and investors.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, tax, and accounting requirements.
• Oversee internal, statutory, tax, and secretarial audits and strengthen internal financial controls.
• Drive ERP implementation, finance process automation, and continuous process improvements.
• Support strategic business decisions by providing financial insights and recommendations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting, FP&A, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Cash Flow Management.
• Experience in Fund Raising, Debt Management, Treasury, IPO Execution, and Corporate Finance.
• Sound knowledge of Accounting Standards, Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
• Proven track record in cash-flow management, debt management, and cost optimization.
• Experience in ERP implementation and finance process automation.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
