Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s long-term strategic plans.
• Oversee port and logistics operations, ensuring optimal asset utilization.
• Strengthen coordination between branches for seamless service delivery.
• Prepare annual business plans, budgets, and financial forecasts with the Board.
• Represent the company in industry forums and conferences.
• Maintain high standards of corporate governance and ethics.
• Report to the Board on strategic and operational performance.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets (domestic and international).
• Oversee Custom Brokerage, Cargo Handling, Stevedoring, Shipping Agency, Warehousing, Transportation, and International Operations.

Experience

Candidates should possess 2025 years of relevant experience in Business Operations and Development within the Shipping, Ports, and Logistics sector—covering areas such as Bulk Import & Export, Customs Clearance, Shipping Agency, Port and Cargo Handling—with at least 10–15 years in a senior leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s long-term strategic plans
• Ensure optimal utilization of assets, resources, and manpower across port and logistics operations.
• Strengthen coordination between branches and business units for seamless service delivery.
• Develop annual business plans, budgets, and financial forecasts in consultation with the Board
• Represent the company in key industry forums, trade associations, and conferences.
• Maintain the highest standards of corporate governance, transparency, and ethical practices.
• Report regularly to the Board on strategic, operational, and financial performance.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets—both domestic and international.
• Oversee Custom Brokerage, Cargo Handling, Stevedoring, Shipping Agency, Warehousing, Transportation, and International Operations.
• Strengthen relationships with major clients, port authorities, government bodies.
• Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements related to port operations, shipping, and logistics.
• Champion the integration of advanced technologies such as AI, IoT, data analytics, and automation in port and logistics operations.
• Implement ERP and business intelligence systems for data-driven performance monitoring.
• Drive initiatives toward smart logistics solutions, digital documentation, and enhanced customer interfaces.
