Job summary

Aryan Pumps & Enviro Solutions is seeking a senior product strategy and engineering leader to drive the design, development and deployment of next-generation municipal and industrial vehicle systems.

You will own PDLC, set engineering standards, mentor teams, and partner with research institutions to accelerate innovation in smart, IoT-enabled equipment and electric/hybrid platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in product strategy and leadership.
• Experience in PDLC and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of automotive or industrial vehicle systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term product design and innovation strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead new product development initiatives across multiple vehicle and equipment lines.
• Build technology roadmaps for future product platforms.
• Benchmark global technologies and identify localization opportunities.
• Lead the complete Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) from concept to launch.
• Establish engineering standards, processes, and design governance.
• Drive R&D in Smart Vehicles, IoT-enabled Equipment, Remote Diagnostics, and Electric/Hybrid platforms.
• Oversee mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control systems design engineering.
• Translate customer requirements into innovative, reliable, and cost-effective solutions.
• Lead and mentor the design engineering organization and build high-performance teams.

2. Engineering Leadership & Product Development

• Lead the complete Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC):
  • Concept Development
  • Design & Engineering
  • Simulation
  • Prototype Development
  • Testing & Validation
  • Commercial Launch
• Establish engineering standards, processes, and design governance.
• Ensure engineering excellence across all product lines.

3. Research & Technology Development

Drive R&D initiatives in:

• Remote Diagnostics
• Electric & Hybrid Platforms
• Automation and AI-based Solutions

Collaborate with research institutions, technology partners, and suppliers to accelerate innovation.

4. Design Engineering Leadership

Oversee engineering functions including:
