Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Reference Data Product Manager to own a product domain and lead the roadmap, backlog, and governance in a fast-paced financial services environment.

You will partner with Technology, Operations, data consumers, and control partners to design data-driven solutions that balance value, risk, and delivery speed. Strong analytical and AI-tools experience is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, data products, or technology delivery.
• 5+ years of experience in financial services, data management, operations, regulatory delivery, or related technology-facing environment.
• Strong product management and business analysis skills, including problem framing, requirements, process mapping, data analysis, solution design, and prioritization.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, resolve competing priorities, and communicate trade-offs and recommendations to senior audiences.
• Sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to translate ambiguity into delivery plans and independently drive complex initiatives to completion.
• Practical experience using firm-approved AI tools to improve analysis, documentation, communication, and product delivery.

• Provide product expertise and direction to delivery partners and stakeholders, strengthening product discipline across the team.

• Experience managing and developing people through objective setting, coaching, feedback, and career development.
