Job summary

JobItUs in Dahej, Gujarat seeks an officer, lab chemist with 2+ years in pharma intermediate or API manufacturing to join a hands-on R&D and production team.

You will carry out planned reactions, monitor processes, scale up from lab to plant, purify by crystallization, and maintain complete lab and analytical records.

Candidates should hold B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry and be able to work safely with hazardous chemicals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pharma Intermediate or API manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in R&D, process development, scale-up and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reaction processes as per the provided plan.
• Plan, set up, monitor and work-up of reactions independently.
• Purify products via various crystallization methods.
• Maintain lab and analytical records.
• Prepare process development reports and process flow diagrams.
• Handle autoclave reactions and hydrogenation.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates must have experience in Pharma Intermediate or API manufacturing.
• Hands‑on experience in R&D activities, process development, process optimization, scale‑up, and documentation.

Major Skill Required:

• 1) carry out reaction process as per the provided plan, analyse rawmaterial, in- process reaction intermediate and product.
• 2) plan, setup, monitor and work-up of reaction independentely
• 3)purification product via different crystallization method
• 4) Handling hazardus chemical like chloro compound, raney ni, pd/c, bromo compound, AlCl3,sodium hydride.
• 5) scale-up of R&D developed product to lab to plant scale.
• 6) maintain lab record and analytical record.
• 7) preparation of process development report, process flow diagram.
• 8) Handling of Auto- clave reaction hydrogenation.
• 9) shoud have good practicle hand.
