Responsibilities

• Daily parameters testing – pH, TSS, TDS, MLVSS, COD, BOD as per SOP.
• Supervision of Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP).
• Chemical dosing to maintain pH in tanks.
• Monitoring sludge removal and logbooks.
• Prepare Form 3 and Form 5.

Job Description

• Daily parameters testing – pH, TSS, TDS, MLVSS, COD, BOD, reagent preparation as per SOP
• Supervision of Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)
• Chemical dosing to maintain the required pH in the aeration tank, primary tank and secondary tank
• Monitoring Sludge Removal
• Preparation of Form 3 and Form 5
• Maintaining and checking stock for expiry
• Maintaining the log book for the chemist and reviewing the operators log book
• Training of Operator
