Job summary

Aragen Life Sciences Limited in Hyderabad seeks a hands-on production technician to execute batch manufacturing and operate GLR/GCR reactors for API/intermediate production. You will monitor parameters, ensure cGMP and safety standards, and coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, Engineering and EHS teams to maintain smooth operations.

You will maintain records, perform line clearance and cleaning per SOPs, and support process transfers, optimization and scale-up activities while reporting deviations

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with GLR (Glass Lined Reactors) and GCR (Glass Coated Reactors).
• Knowledge of API manufacturing processes and unit operations.
• Understanding of cGMP, SOPs, BMR, and EHS guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Execute batch manufacturing activities per Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
• Operate and monitor GLR and GCR reactors for API/intermediate manufacturing.
• Handle charging, monitoring, distillation, filtration, drying and material transfers.
• Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, vacuum and reaction progress.
• Ensure adherence to cGMP, EHS and quality requirements during production operations.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, Engineering and EHS teams for smooth manufacturing.
• Maintain accurate production records and logbooks.
• Perform equipment cleaning, line clearance and documentation as per SOPs.
• Support technology transfer, process optimization and scale-up activities.
• Identify and report process deviations, incidents and abnormalities.
• Ensure safety while handling hazardous chemicals and solvents.
