• Experience: 2 to 10 Years in the Chemical Manufacturing Industry
• Educational Qualification:
• B.Tech / B.E. in Chemical Engineering, or
• Diploma in Chemical Engineering, or
• B.Sc. (Chemistry)

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate plant processes through the Distributed Control System (DCS).
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of chemical plant processes.
• Maintain process parameters and achieve production targets.
• Adhere to all SOPs, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Identify and troubleshoot process-related issues.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Laboratory, Utility, and Safety departments for smooth plant operations.
• Maintain shift logs, production reports, and operational records.
• Participate in process improvement and cost optimization initiatives.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of DCS Operations.
• Understanding of chemical manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of Chemical Safety, Process Safety Management, and EHS practices.

Additional Requirements

• Must be willing to work in shifts in the future as per plant requirements.
• Experience in Chlor-Alkali, Caustic Soda, Chlorine, or other continuous process chemical industries will be preferred.
