We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie (CDP) or Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) specializing in continental cuisine to join our dynamic kitchen team at Mumbai Airport. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a specific station in the kitchen, ensuring the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes that meet our restaurant's standards. You will report directly to the Sous Chef and play a crucial role in maintaining food safety and hygiene standards while training junior staff and assisting with inventory and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a designated section of the kitchen, such as sauces, desserts, or other specific stations.
• Prepare ingredients and cook dishes, ensuring that the final presentation meets the restaurant's high standards.
• Maintain consistency and quality across all dishes by following standard recipes and portion controls.
• Ensure a high standard of personal hygiene and keep your station clean and sanitized, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Monitor food supplies for your section, assist with stock rotation, and help reduce waste and control costs.
• Guide and supervise junior kitchen staff, including commis chefs or trainees, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with menu development and other assigned duties.
