Cuisine KnowledgePractical knowledge of Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Indonesian, orMalaysian cuisine is preferred, along with knowledge of Asian sauces, noodles, rice, wokcooking, stir-frying, grilling marinades, and other Asian cooking techniques.
