Job summary

Le Roma Grandeur in India is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a section of our kitchen team, preparing world-class cuisine for events and restaurant service.

You will run a section (e.g., sauces, grill, or pastry), prepare dishes to spec, supervise commis chefs, and work across both Indian and international menus for weddings, banquets and a la carte service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a professional kitchen.
• Culinary diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Indian and international cuisines.
