The ideal candidate will drive reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, working capital management, and cost optimization while partnering with senior management for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• CA with manufacturing/textile costing exposure.
• Experience in MIS and management reporting.
• Exposure to GST, TDS, income tax and statutory audits.
• ERP/SAP familiarity with financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance and accounting operations of the textile mill.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
• Manage GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Coordinate statutory, internal, tax, and financial audits.
• Monitor costing, profitability, and production-related financial performance.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Manage working capital, cash flow, receivables and payables.
• Monitor inventory valuation and cost accounting.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities.
• Strengthen internal controls and financial processes.
• Provide management with financial insights for decision-making.
• Ensure accurate accounting through ERP/SAP systems.

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to lead financial accounting, compliance, reporting, costing, audit, and financial control functions for a textile manufacturing business.

The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to manufacturing finance, cost accounting, statutory compliance, working capital, MIS, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete finance and accounting operations of the textile mill
