Are you a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3+ years of post-qualification experience in statutory audits? Join our dynamic CA firm in Andheri East and take charge of end-to-end statutory audits for diverse clients across sectors. This role demands a hands‑on professional with in-depth knowledge of ICAI standards, Companies Act, Ind AS / AS, CARO, and Schedule III.
Independently lead and manage statutory audit assignments from planning through completion.
Ensure all audits adhere to ICAI audit standards, Companies Act, and applicable financial reporting frameworks (Ind AS, AS, CARO, Schedule III).
Conduct comprehensive financial statement reviews and assess supporting documentation for accuracy.
Identify audit discrepancies, assess financial risk, and suggest practical, value-added solutions.
Supervise and mentor junior audit staff and article assistants; conduct performance reviews and provide technical guidance.
Draft and finalize audit reports, management letters, and key deliverables for clients.
Foster and maintain professional communication with clients, resolving queries in a timely manner.
Stay up to date with latest regulatory developments and actively participate in internal training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Ensure high-quality audit outcomes and meet all project timelines and deadlines.
Qualified CA with 3+ years of post-qualification experience in statutory audits at a CA firm.
Strong grasp of audit methodologies, Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS/AS), and regulatory frameworks.
Proven experience in audits involving CARO, Schedule III, and Companies Act compliance.
Working knowledge of Tally, Microsoft Excel, and other audit and accounting tools.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities with effective verbal and written communication.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and deliver under tight deadlines.
Exposure to listed company audits, consolidated group audits, or cross-border audits.
Basic working knowledge of GST, TDS, and direct/indirect tax compliance is an added advantage.
