Hyrix in Mulund West, Mumbai, seeks a CA with 2-4 years post-qualification experience to lead audits and advisory engagements. The role focuses on internal audits, IFC control reviews, and delivering strategic financial insights for clients.

You will mentor interns, set up MIS for clients, and evaluate growth strategies to boost financial performance. Mumbai residency is required and the team collaborates closely with clients from Day 1.

Qualificações

• CA with 2-4 years post-qualification experience.

• Experience in audits and advisory projects preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of 5-6 interns, assign tasks and oversee the execution of internal audits and business advisory projects.
• Plan, conduct and review internal audits and IFC audits to assess risk management and compliance.
• Identify process inefficiencies and internal control weaknesses for operational improvement in client organizations.
• Provide business advisory services, including financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Assist clients in setting up and optimizing MIS for better financial and operational decision-making.
• Evaluate growth strategies for clients to improve financial performance and efficiency.
• Mentor interns by providing training and ensuring quality in audit and advisory deliverables.
• Handle assignments and client interactions confidently from Day 1.

Job Description

• Evaluate appropriate growth strategies for clients and help them scale up their businesses by improving financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Mentor interns by providing technical training and ensuring quality and accuracy in audit and advisory deliverables.
• Candidates must have entire article ship in the relevant profile or minimum 2-4 years of strong post qualification experience in the same domain.
• We are specifically looking for candidates who can independently handle assignments from Day 1 and manage client interactions confidently.
