Guideline Inc., based in Mumbai, seeks a Chartered Accountant with 2–4 years post-qualification experience to lead internal audits and advisory projects from Day 1. You will manage a small team, conduct IFC audits, and deliver financial analysis and MIS enhancements for clients.

The role focuses on risk and compliance, process improvements, and strategic advisory to help clients scale operations and profitability. On-site in Mulund West, Mumbai.

• Lead a team of 5-6 interns, assign tasks and oversee the execution of internal audits and business advisory projects.
• Plan, conduct and review internal audits and internal financial control (IFC) audits to assess risk management and compliance.
• Identify process inefficiencies, internal control weaknesses and areas for operational improvement in client organizations.
• Provide business advisory services, including financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Assist clients in setting up and optimizing Management Information Systems (MIS) for better financial and operational decision-making.
• Evaluate appropriate growth strategies for clients and help them scale up their businesses by improving financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Mentor interns by providing technical training and ensuring quality and accuracy in audit and advisory deliverables.
• Candidates must have entire article ship in the relevant profile or minimum 2-4 years of strong post qualification experience in the same domain.
• We are specifically looking for candidates who can independently handle assignments from Day 1 and manage client interactions confidently.
