SCALE HIGH WERKS is seeking a Chartered Accountant to manage financial accounting, statutory compliance, taxation, banking and financial reporting from Nindra, Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh. The role requires hands-on experience in GST, Income Tax, audits and robust ERP/Excel skills.

The incumbent will oversee MIS, budgets, cash flows and internal controls, coordinating with banks, auditors and consultants to ensure timely, accurate financial statements and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – ICAI.
  • 3–7 years of post-qualification experience in manufacturing / industrial companies preferred.
  • Strong experience in GST, Income Tax, audit, banking, working capital and financial reporting.
  • Experience with ERP/accounting software and advanced MS Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including general ledger, payables, receivables, bank entries and reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly MIS, cash-flow statements, budgets, forecasts and management reports.
  • Coordinate statutory audits, tax audits and financial statement finalisation with auditors.
  • Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESI and other applicable statutory requirements.
  • Review GST returns, reconciliations, input tax credit, TDS returns and tax payments.

Job description


1. Job Purpose

To manage and oversee financial accounting, statutory compliance, taxation, banking, MIS and financial reporting, ensuring accurate records, timely compliance and effective financial control.

2. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including general ledger, payables, receivables, bank entries and reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly MIS, cash-flow statements, budgets, forecasts and management reports.
  • Coordinate statutory audits, tax audits and financial statement finalisation with auditors.
  • Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESI and other applicable statutory requirements.
  • Review GST returns, reconciliations, input tax credit, TDS returns and tax payments.
  • Manage banking activities including working capital, term loans, LC/BG, remittances and bank reconciliations.
  • Monitor receivables, payables, credit exposure and working-capital requirements.
  • Support project finance, capex accounting, fixed assets and subsidy/incentive documentation.
  • Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, government departments and other financial stakeholders.
  • Establish and monitor internal financial controls, approval processes and documentation.
  • Assist management with financial analysis, costing, investment decisions and business plans.
  • Ensure proper accounting records, supporting documents and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
3. Qualification & Experience
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – ICAI.
  • 3–7 years of post-qualification experience in manufacturing / industrial companies preferred.
  • Strong experience in GST, Income Tax, audit, banking, working capital and financial reporting.
  • Experience with ERP/accounting software and advanced MS Excel.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with banks, auditors and consultants.
