Majestic Basmati Rice Pvt. Ltd. in Mohali invites a Chartered Accountant to join our finance team. You will manage accounting, review financial activities, and assist in monthly closings and reporting.

The role requires CA qualification from ICAI, freshers or up to 2 years’ experience, and strong knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, and financial analysis. Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally/ERP is preferred. You will coordinate with auditors, monitor working capital, and ensure compliance with

• CA qualified from ICAI is required.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience can apply.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.
• GST, TDS & Income Tax knowledge.
• Audit & Compliance experience.
• Financial analysis and MIS skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Working knowledge of Tally/ERP is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Perform account reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies.
• Monitor receivables, payables, cash flow and working capital.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements in finance and accounting processes.
• Coordinate with internal departments, banks, consultants and external stakeholders.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.
