Job summary

Majestic Basmati Rice Pvt. Ltd. seeks a qualified CA to oversee accounting and financial activities in Lucknow. You will assist in financial statements, MIS reports, and statutory compliance, while coordinating with auditors and internal teams.

You will monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and support budgeting and forecasting. Strong Excel skills and ERP familiarity are required, with up-to-date GST/TDS tax knowledge.

Qualifications

• CA qualification from ICAI is mandatory.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience can apply.
• Solid knowledge of GST, TDS and income tax with good understanding of statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review accounting and financial activities.
• Assist in preparation and analysis of financial statements and MIS reports.
• Handle GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance.
• Support monthly/annual closing and financial reporting.
• Perform account reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies.
• Monitor receivables, payables, cash flow and working capital.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements in finance and accounting processes.
• Coordinate with internal departments, banks, consultants and external stakeholders.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.
